The demands on Family Caregivers are growing exponentially, especially those caring for
someone with memory impairment, yet their voices are often not included when it comes to
creating policy, training, and support services. Now is your chance to be heard!
The USC Caregiver Resource Center and the Motion Picture & Television Fund want to change that and are working together to improve the experience of family caregivers providing care to family/friends with a memory impairment. Please share your experience so we may create a better pathway to support. This confidential survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Let your voice count!
Thank you in advance for your participation in this survey!
