Join us for a three-session Grief & Loss: Virtual Educational Workshop, presented in partnership with Independence at Home.
This small-group virtual workshop is designed to support individuals navigating grief and loss through education, guided reflection, and shared experience. Across three sessions, participants will explore how grief shows up in our lives and learn compassionate, practical ways to respond—while connecting with others who understand the journey.
Dates: Tuesdays, February 3, February 10, and February 17, 2026
Time: 2:00–3:00 PM PT
Participants register once and may attend all three sessions using the same Zoom link. This workshop is educational in nature and is intended to foster understanding, resilience, and a sense of not being alone.
